Important Notice Re: School Calendar

On our original school calendar for 2011/2012, Tuesday May 8th was a free day after the May Bank Holiday May 7th.

In light of the date set for the referendum, the school will now be open on May 8th and will close on Friday June 1st instead. This will tie in with the referendum on May 31st, the June Bank Holiday on June 4th and the free day on June 5th and will tidy up the arrangements for that weekend.

I think this will suit the majority of families. In view of the fact that this is a change to an existing arrangement, if you have already made plans for May 8th, please do not feel obliged to change them.

If you wish to be added to our mailing list for notes please send an email to stcanicesnotes@gmail.com. Put your child's name and his/her class level in the subject box
