| Last June the three sixth classes were presented with their life-saving certificates 1 and 2 by the Mayor, Ms Marie Fitzpatrick Included in the first picture are Mr Michael Power, Chairman of Swimming Association and Ms Breda Collins, Co-ordinator and Leader of the Swimming Programme in St Canice's School Every child in our school from second to sixth class gets 8 lessons a year in the local swimming pool. In sixth class all children are also taught life-saving |
