Book Rental + Alive-O!
At our recent staff meeting, we decided that as the Alive-O! Pupil Books are the same from year to year, it would be better to collect this year’s books are keep them in each class for pupils to use. Therefore, there will be no Pupil Book on your booklist you will only have to buy a workbook. If your child hands in his/her Pupil Book this year, they will then have use of the appropriate pupil book in every other class.
If you are part of the full Book Rental scheme, books must be handed back by Thursday 21st. You will receive a note regarding next year’s arrangements. Contact Ms Comerford if you are experiencing any difficulties regarding book purchase and are not already in this scheme.

Féile na nGael
Best of luck to those of our 5th and 6th class pupils who will be playing in the Feile matches over the weekend. There is no problem with any child leaving school on Friday to play a match, simply send a note to the child’s teacher so that we know where everybody is on the day.

Camogie
Best of luck to our A camogie panel who will contest the Roinn A final v Freshford in Conahy this  evening (13th) at 5pm. This is a fantastic achievement as they were only promoted to Roinn A this year. Win, lose or draw, this panel, along with the winning Girls Football panel are invited to a meal in The Kilkenny Inn .after the match, to celebrate and acknowledge their commitment and dedication throughout the year.
