.Book Lists
Following the success of our decision to collect the pupil Alive-O! Books last year and bearing in mind that with changes in the curriculum a wider range of textbooks are used, we have decided that it would keep book costs to a minimum and be more efficient if we collected and re-distributed other sets of books also. All class teachers will collect the class readers from the children. Your child will then be given the next year’s readers as required. Older classes will also add Mathemagic, Earthlink and Away with Words to the scheme depending on what is required. Your class booklist will specify what books you need to buy. If you are part of the full Book Rental scheme, books must be handed back by Thursday 19th. You will then receive a note regarding next year’s arrangements. Contact Ms Comerford if you are experiencing any difficulties regarding book purchase and are not already in this scheme.
Cake Sale
Our last fundraiser of the year is a cake sale which will take place on Friday June 20th. Please bring and buy generously on the day.

The Maytime Melodies concert provided us with two night’s spectacular entertainment. Thank you to all involved. First batch of DVDs is sold out. Last orders this week for next batch. Order forms available from Ms O’Leary. Souvenir programme also still available.
Registration for 2008/2009 takes place this week. Please ensure your child is registered as the timetable will be posted by June 27th.
