Staff News
Friday 30th of September marks Mrs Kennedy’s last day as teacher and deputy principal in our school. To mark the occasion, the children will have a fun activity afternoon. Ms Kennedy has been teaching in the school here since 1982 and prior to the amalgamation then, she was teaching in St. Canice’s Infant School. Many of our parents have fond memories of being in Ms Kennedy’s class.
Over the past number of years, Ms Kennedy has worked in the Learning Support/ Resource section and as co-ordinator of the Special Needs education within the school; she has worked tirelessly and to great effect to cater for the diverse needs of our pupils.
Her presence and commitment to our school will be sorely missed, as will her expertise and wisdom. We wish her good health and happiness in her retirement.
Market Cross Fashion Show
Tickets will be available next week from the school or the Market Cross. Langton’s is the venue for the show.
