Music
Busking:
Well done to all children, teachers and parents who went busking last Saturday in Market Cross and raised €1021 for the Susie Long hospice fund.
Classes: All music classes will resume on Monday Jan. 7th 2008.
Mc Cormick Variety Show
I’m sure you will have heard about the Variety Show attended by the children last week. This was a Christmas treat provided for the pupils as a reward for their hard work and good behaviour. It was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Parents’ Association
The Parents’ Association would like to thank all of you who baked and supported their recent Cake Sale. Over €600 was raised.
Parent Teacher Meetings
As usual, the vast majority of parents have met with the teachers. If you have yet to do so, please arrange an appointment as soon as possible. If at any stage during the year you need to meet with a teacher again or with myself you are welcome to arrange a meeting. Good communication is in the best interests of your child.
We wish you all a happy and a peaceful Christmas. Thank you for all your input and support during the past term and we look forward to seeing you in the New Year.
