Friday 22nd             School closes at 12 noon for pupils.

Sunday 24th Christmas Eve Parish Family Mass 6.30 in St. Canice’s Church.
Music led by families from the school. All welcome.

Monday January 8th: School re-opens-ordinary full week.

Christmas Plays

Congratulations and well done to all those teachers and pupils who worked so hard over the past few weeks to entertain us all with their wonderful Christmas plays.  These plays add enormously  to the atmosphere of the season and to the children’s understanding of Christmas.

Mobile Phones

A reminder that old mobile phones may be recycled in the school. They are sent to the Jack and Jill Foundation. All phones to Ms Sheehan in Room  7 please.

Music

The fundraising family quiz night raised 1000 euro for the Instrumental Music Programes. Thanks to all who contributed and participated on the night. Special thanks to Quiz Master  Martin Pegg.

Colouring Competition

The Junior pupils entered a colouring competition sponsored by Bank of Ireland 365. Congratulations to the following pupils who won prizes and received a framed copy of their entry:
